Aveyond is a turn-based RPG game that reminds RPG lovers of old Final Fantasy games (FF3, FF4) which are rare these days. This game proves that you don't need high-end graphics to make a great RPG game. This game has great storyline and simple game play. Since there are many fun quests to accomplish, it doesn't require players to only concentrate on defeating enemies and leveling up.
The graphics are cute which resemble those of Super Nintendo's RPG games. The game play is brilliant. There are tutorials and hints as you play. You don't have to remember what you need to do as you would in hard-core RPG games, this game provides journal list to remind you what missions you have to accomplish. The sounds are really well orchestrated too.
If you love old Super Nintendo games, you'll love Aveyond.
